Sovereign is New Zealand's leading health and life insurer. However their homepage was getting a lot of user drop off. I was tasked to redesign the user journey, user interface, restructure the homepage content and look at how the quote tool would talk to the shopper.
Overall, lead volumes via the homepage were up over 30%, and the streamlined user flow allowed users to find their way around the site without fragmenting into disparate areas as they were previously.
